We provide personalized assistance for preparing and submitting allocated documents and filings. Our professionals analyze your data to ensure compliance with relevant guidelines.

2.2 Infoproducts

We offer digital materials such as guides, tutorials, and templates for self-guided tax preparation. Access is granted upon purchase.

2.3 Tangible Goods

We distribute physical items such as printed reference manuals and resource kits via standard shipping.

3. Pricing and Payment

All pricing is listed on taxlorybiz.com. Payment methods are processed securely. Charges occur upon confirmation of your selection.

4. Appointment Rescheduling and Cancellation

You may reschedule consultations by providing at least 48 hours notice via our contact form. Cancellations without timely notice may incur a service charge.

5. Refund Policy

Refund terms vary by offering:

• Business Tax Consultation and Filing Services: Full refund available if requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. If work has commenced, no refund applies. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days. Appointments may be rescheduled following the rescheduling terms above.
• Infoproducts: Requests received within 7 days of purchase and prior to download are eligible for a full refund. Once digital materials are accessed or downloaded, purchases are final and nonrefundable.
• Tangible Goods: Goods in unused condition and in original packaging may be sent back within 14 days of receipt. Shipping cost for sending items back is the client’s responsibility, unless items are defective. Refunds are processed within 14 days after receipt of sent-back items. Exchanges or store credits may be offered in lieu of refunds.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TaxLoryBiz is not liable for incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on taxlorybiz.com, including digital products and materials, is owned by TaxLoryBiz and is protected by intellectual property laws.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on taxlorybiz.com with a revised effective date.
